About Association of Catholic Andaman & Nicobar Islands

The Catholic Church in these islands was registered as Society under the name, ‘The Association of Catholic Andaman and Nicobar Islands’. It was established on 6th February 1979 at Port Blair with its Registration No. 268/1979 under the Societies’ Registration Act 1860. It has its aim to serve the people of Andaman and Nicobar Islands by having Charitable, Educational, Medical, Religious, Cultural and Social Development Programmes.
